Misuse of the FAIRTRADE Mark/Fairtrade

Thank you for your interest in reporting a misuse of the FAIRTRADE Mark/Fairtrade (one word) and helping us protect the integrity of the FAIRTRADE Mark for producers, consumers and companies licensed to use the Mark.   In order for you to complete the form and for us to process it, we will need the following information.

• Name of company (and, if possible, address/email/phone number) who was using the FAIRTRADE Mark/Fairtrade (one word) so that we can contact the company;
• Evidence of the misuse – evidence can be provided either by stating a web address, sending a hardcopy of a leaflet (packaging, business card, etc), a scanned image of a hardcopy or a photo. By referring to evidence we are able to process your report more effectively.
