Who are they for?
These conferences are fun, interactive days for pupils to learn more about Fairtrade. Whether your school is new to Fairtrade, thinking about applying for Fairtrade Schools Award, already working towards it or looking for ideas for renewing their status you will find some interesting ideas during the day. The conferences give you a chance to share ideas and learn from other schools’ experiences, and an opportunity to ask all your questions of the Fairtrade Foundation. Most importantly these conference provide excellent opportunities for pupils to increase their understanding of Fairtrade and to be inspired by all the different activities.
About the day
Registration opens at 9.30am for a prompt 10.00am start and the day will finish at 3.00pm. You will get the chance to take part in a number of workshops (more details of workshops, plus an agenda, will be sent nearer the time). Food and drinks will be provided.

Places for these workshops are limited to a maximum of 2 teachers and 3 pupils per school. If you intend to bring 3 pupils, even if you do not know which pupils you will bring, please register for 3 pupil places and let us know the names nearer the time, as numbers are limited. If you find you do not need these places nearer the time please let us know.
These conferences are offered free of charge. We are unable, however, to offer any assistance for supply cover or travel costs.
