A Big Swap Fairtrade Challenge

Sally Reith from Shared Interest challenges herself to swap more than just everyday items for Fairtrade ones this Fairtrade Fortnight.

In the spirit of Fairtrade Fortnight, and in keeping with this year's campaign ‘The Big Swap’, Sally Reith is aiming to swap non Fairtrade products in her life, for Fairtrade ones.

Already half way through her challenge, Sally has swapped her socks for Fairtrade cotton socks,  bought herself a bunch of Fairtrade flowers and of course, baked a cake using Fairtrade ingredients!

Sally aims to swap a variety of products to appeal to different people, and to show that you can swap much more than chocolate, bananas, tea and coffee. She is particularly looking forward to trying new, more unusual Fairtrade products such as Fair Vodka, and trying out the new Emma Watson for People Tree range.

You can follow Sally’s challenge, which continues till the end of Fairtrade Fortnight, and show your support via her blog http://blog.shared-interest.com/category/the-big-swap-blog/ where she is posting daily videos of her endeavors.
