How did you make the decision to buy Fairtrade?

An employee's son, Harry Oatridge, started a small stall every Friday in the kitchen. Since opening last November it has become very popular and everyone looks forward to it at the end of the week.


What were the main factors for switching to Fairtrade products?

Quality, Customer demand, Personal preference


What were the biggest challenges in introducing Fairtrade?

Location of the stall, and willingness of someone to provide funds (the court doesn't pay for the products) they are sold by Harry within the building.

Emails and posters have been put around the building advertising the stall.
