  1. The closing date for entries is 11:59 pm on Sunday 21 March 2021. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 
  3. To enter, you must be over 16 and prizes can only be posted to mainland UK.
  4. To enter, you must ‘tag a friend’ on the competition post featured on @fairtradeuk, @crukafe or @dipanddoze. You will need an Instagram account to be able to enter. Sign up to Instagram.
  5. Employees of Fairtrade Foundation, CRU Kafe, Dip & Doze and their immediate family are not eligible to enter.
  6. The prize(s) are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize to the winner if the published prize is no longer available. 
  7. One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. You may enter as many competitions as you like on our social media platforms (where advertised) but in the interest of fairness, please note that prizes are limited to one prize per person across all platforms during the same time period. The prize winner will be notified through the Direct Message feature on Instagram after the competition has closed and during the week commencing 22 March 2021 before publication of results.
  8. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
  9. Upon entering this competition, the winner agrees that their name may be published, or made available upon request, The winner’s name can be obtained by sending an email to digital.team@fairtrade.org.uk within 30 days of the prize draw ending. The winner’s name may also be published on Fairtrade Foundation social media profiles.
  10. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
