SDG12: Responsible consumption and Fair Trade
Facilitated by One World Centre Dundee and the Scottish Fair Trade Forum, this session for teachers will introduce you to new teaching resources that support learners to deepen their understanding of trade justice and its connections to sustainability.
Cook Along with Euten Lindsay
Celebrated Devon-based chef Euten Lindsay will be showing us how to make his Sweet Potato and Callaloo Galette, Rice and Gungo Peas and Piquant Tomato Sauce. A conversation with olive farmer Haj Rafeeq Hussein
Join Haj Rafeeq Hussein, a Fairtrade olive farmer from the ancient village of Ti’innik, perched high on a terraced hill in Palestine’s West Bank. He will talk about how climate change brings uncertainty to the seasonal rainfall patterns which are crucial for a good crop and how Fairtrade offers a safety net.
Bake Fairtrade Espresso Mocha Brownies with Waitrose and Will Torrent

Premiering at 6:30pm on 25 February, the Fairtrade Foundation and Waitrose are excited to share a virtual bake-a-long, run by award-winning patisserie chef and chocolatier Will Torrent. He will show us how to cook delicious Fairtrade Espresso Mocha Brownies step-by-step, and we’ll also hear from Fairtrade cocoa farmer, Leocadie.
Fly The Fairtrade Flag with fairandfunky!
Yorkshire-based fairandfunky will lead a craft workshop for families and children to make a FAIRTRADE Mark using paper and cardboard that you would normally throw away.
