Cook Along with Euten Lindsay
Celebrated Devon-based chef Euten Lindsay will be showing us how to make his Sweet Potato and Callaloo Galette, Rice and Gungo Peas and Piquant Tomato Sauce. You can download Euten’s recipes in advance from the Fairtrade Yorkshire website. This event is sponsored by Pocklington FLAG (Fairtrade and Local Produce Action Group).
Virtual tour of Hadeel craft workshop in Gaza
Let Hadeel take you to Palestine! In this, the first of a fortnightly series, you will be shown around the workshop of the Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children in Gaza. Join acclaimed Brighton-based photographer Sean Hawkey as he talks us through some of the images in his latest book Faces of Fairtrade. Sean visited Fairtrade farmers all around the world, hearing their stories and taking photos to capture their lives.

Yorkshire-based fairandfunky will lead a craft workshop for families and children to make a FAIRTRADE Mark using paper and cardboard that you would normally throw away.
